101 things NOT to do before your die

while i was still at school, Ms Raney let me borrow one of her books. This book's title was "101 things not to do before you die." it was a relatively good book with some.... interesting entries but overall interesting. one of these listed things was to see Yellowstone National park because it sits above a huge pocket of lava (it causes all the hot geysers). On the way home from school, i did see Yellowstone and thus there was only 100 things left for me NOT to do. Later while we were in Wyoming, we were passing through a small town. Halfway asleep with my eyes practically glazed over, i suddenly see a sign next to the road. It read "See the one and only Jackalope!" Since you probably dont know what a jackalope is, i'm sorry. i didnt expect you to in the first place :) hehe. Somewhere in the back of my foggy brain i remember reading about this thing... OH yeah! it was in that book! "Dad lets pull over and see that! " so we did ;) there at the only gas station in town, i pulled my listing of things Not to do down to 99!! (well... actually 98 because i had previously seen Wall drug... and really its in that book for a reason!)  anwyay... outside the gas station was a ceramic jackalope, inside was the real thing! I took pics just for Ms. Raney too, so now you can see what it is and not have to spend the time to go see it :)
